OVERVIEW
This commercial building in Oceanside employed our Roof Rent program. We partnered with the building's landlord and two tenants, Jo-Ann Stores and US Renal, and installed 140KW of solar panels on the building's roof. Both tenants are now enjoying lower-cost, clean energy, which is expected to help reduce approximately 67 tons of carbon annually.
