IRE Developments LLC founded in 1986 has build a multi-million square foot portfolio of commercial real estate. We proposed a value upgrade for the IRE Development properties by going solar. We designed, built, commissioned, and currently operate and maintain this 149KW solar system under a 20 year power purchase agreement. The system itself is interconnected to the utility under a virtual net metering agreement.
